Awesome World Flags Made Of Food

The Sydney International Food Festival (SIFF) is a huge month-long celebration in October showcasing hundreds of top chefs and their work. The highlight of the program is the amazing food scene that present some national flag-inspired food designs

Each participating country in this culinary extravaganza has their flag represented as a plate of food.
What's more interesting is that the chosen products are representative of ingredients commonly found in the country's cuisine.

National flags have never looked so tasty.

A Reddit user saw a list of countries with their flags remade with foods common to their country.
Canada wasn't on it, So he set out to make a maple-bacon version of the national emblem.

While some may take issue with the choice of regular bacon over Canadian bacon ... the hockey background really sells it.
